SENTENCE OF COLLINS AND DORSEY, TH BANK ROBUERA Avnit 21.—According to adjournment, the Supreme Court met at Kingston Hill, this day, for the purpose of passing the final judgment onthe convicts Joha Collins taken from D: ; cannot any for the robbery of the Phcenix Bunk, Westerly, in con nection with Tom Kanouse and Levi Cole, and Dorsey for the erime of perjury, swearing falsely to an alibi, om the trial of Kanouse for the robbery, thereby endeavor- ing to evade the ends of justice. At the aijournment of the Court, upon the conviction of the above named parties, an application was made by counsel for the pri- soners to stay sentence until a bill of exceptions could be prepared for a new trial, The Court, on the applica- tion for a new trial, denied the motion, and proceeded to pass the following sentence on the conviets:—John Collins and Henry C. Dorsey wre both sentenced to 6 years Lard labor in the State prison at Providence. Our Boston Correspondence, Boston, April 21, 1851—4 P.M. Shipwreck and Medancholy Loss of Life. Capt. Cook, of Provincetown, Mass. per schooner Mo! rose, dated 29th inst.. 10 A. M., which elated that the schooner Engle, Cann, master, which sailed hence for Yarmouth, N. 8. on Sunday. 13th inst. with a general cargo, eleven passengers, beside the captain, mate, and four mem, had been wrecked on Truro Beach, Back side of the Cupe. abowt five miles from Provincetown, dusing the gale of the 18th inst.—decks stove, masts goue. seven barrels of flour, fonr eooking stoves, dry gooda, burrels of tar on board, and the body of a man in the cabin. The crew and doubtedly been drowned ; the most of them, probably. in attempting to reach the shore in the boat. ‘The following are the names of those on board :— Mr. John Cann, owner of the veasel. of Yarmouth, N.
