The Rutland has 18,000 shares of stock, at $100, | | and eight per cent preferred stock to the amount o! $400,000, and when entirely finished it will owe in | bonds and floating debts say $1,700000, which will | finally, perhaps, be resolved into six per cerit bonds. The Ogdensburgh has 30,000 shares of stock at $50, and it owes seven per cent mortgage bonds, due in 180, to the amount of $1,500.000.
