OUR FOREIGN OURRESPONVENCE. ‘The splendid steamship Crescent City, Capt. Sted- dard, arrived yesterday afternoon from Chagres, whence she railed on the 13th inst.,at4 P.M, and Kingston, Jamaica, whence she eailed on the 18th inst., at 2 P. M. ‘The C. C. made the run from New Orleans to Chagres fin six days, and thence to Kingston in two days! ‘There is no later intelligence from California. ‘The health of the Isthmus was good. Our advices from Paname are to the 9th inst., inclu- sive. Neither the Sarah Sande nor Tennessee had ar- vived at that port frem New York.
