M. ‘The citizens of Georgetown are to hold a town meet- ing this evening, to take into consideration the subject of retrocession to Maryland, in case Congress should interfere with slavery in the District. Father Mathew arrived in this city to-day, Arrival of Sir Henry Bulwer at Bermuda Hatirax, December 18, 1819. ‘The British steam sloop Hecate, with Sir Henry Bulwer, Minister to the Wnited States, on board, ar- rived at Bermuda on the 11th inst., and sailed for ‘Washington on the 16th. Also arrived at Bermuda, the Falcon and Wyandotte, frem New York, 10th. The Cayuga and Susquehannah Railroad, Ivnaca, December 18, 1849. The Cayuga and Susquehannah Railroad, haye com- pleted the track, to-day, to the depot at this place, and the cars will, hereafter, run regularly. Railroad Extension, Irwaca, Dee, 18, 1849.
