Trains com- menced running the road on the 16th day of October last, at which time 27 miles of road was completed, and since the 15th of November, the trains have passed regularly over the entire length of the road. ‘The Company thas far have used engines and passen- ger cars belonging to the Syracuse and Utios Railroad Company. They have, however, contracted for new engines and cars, which will be ready the ensuing spring. Bonds have been issued by the Company, amounting to $100,000, the net proceeds of whiogphave been ap plied and ere included in the above amount expended for construction of road. The Company are indebted for iron, and on unsettled accounts with contractors and others, about the sum of $50,060.
