Coroner's Cffice.—Arnit 29.~ Faran Accipent.—A led, 7 years of age, named Charles Retz, whose reside at No. 161 Christie street, was instantly kil - terday afterneon in the following manner: He was riding upon a large stone swung upon a three-horre truck, which dcing drawa along the Bowery, last evening, about 5 o’clock. When near the corner of Grand street the boy attempted to jump cff, or fell off, and the hind wheel passed cver his thigh and keed, crushing bi dreadfuilty, and depriving him instantly of life. The driver was busy attending to his horses at the time, and did not know of the accident until the bystanders called his attention toit.
