Mr. Bucwaxan presented “a memorial from « large number of the people wt the Deed States, citizens of Pennsylvania,” asking for the imme ate ratification rs the anneaation treaty now be- fore the Senate. Laid on the table BILLS Passed. A large number of private bills ordered to be en- grossed last Friday and Saturday, were read @ third time and passed. Mr. Bates then moved to proceed with the bills reported by the Committee on Pensions, which was done. They were all private bills, for grantin, pensions, &e., of no interest to any but the individ- nala concerned.
