Garat Fines on Care Cop --We learn from the Yarmouth Register, et Thursday evening, that a destructive tire broke out in the woods in the south- west part of that town on Wednesday afternoon, and that before assistance could be procured, it made such devastation that all effurts to check its progress were found to be unavailing.
