Doty in refusing to acknowledge their late meeting as an authorized session of the Legislature. You have all the documents on thiv subject, which I sent you some days since ; and at the time of its oecurrence you published all the facts in the ease. Whilst this was under discussion, the clock struck four, and it wasdiscovered that in consequence of many members being Maar there was not a quo- ram; so the House adjourned. There is no doubt Gov.
