The following are among the broken free banks of this State, of the failure of which the Comptroller has received ice :—Bank of Olean, James Bank, and the State Bank of New York at Buffalo. We would ask of the Bank Commissioners why it is that they have taken no steps to procure the order of the Chancellor for the payment of the bills of the broken yafety fund banks?
