HE LIVES AMONG CATHEDRAL BELLS—Anastasio Mayorga Reyes, bell ringer of the National Cathedral in Mexico City, was born in the tower of the cathedral and Anastasio has lived there all his life. The only time he has dwelt outside the tower was recently when two Communists made their way to the top and unfurled a banner reading: “Down with the Mexican government; up with the Communists.” Reyes rings 40 bells five times daily.
