ULTRA-NATIONALIST PARTY IN' FRANCE New Group Stands for Stronger Army, Dictatorship BY MINOTT SAUNDERS Paris, Nov. 14—Undismayed the failure of Fascism, blue to harmonize with French Pierre Taittinger, member of Chamber of Deputies, has organized here a new ultra-Nationalist party known as the National and Republicans, This is a movement to combat the Fascism of Italy and Hitlerism of Germany.
