Mr. Francis has been town clerk for 11 years, succeeding to the office upon the death of his brother who had held that position for a period of 25 years. Mr. Francis in his new office will ob- serve the hours of 9 a. m. to 12 noon and 1 to 4 p. m. for the trans- action of all town business.
