LOVE HERMIT WILL PLEAD NOT GUILTY Sanhuber to Repudiate Confes-| sion in Murder Case Los Angeles, April 17 (UP) —| While Otto Sanhuber is pleading not | guilty by reason of insanity to a charge of murder, the grand jury today planned to question six wit- nesses whose testimony may result | in additional indictments in a slaying which baffled police for eight years. Sanhuber's counsel sald last night that the man who endured the dark- ness of attics for 1§ years to be near | the married woman he loved, would | plead not guilty despite an asserted | confession in which he said he shot | Fred Oesterreich, Milwaukee manu- | facturer. Two of the important witnesses will be Roy Klumb and Joseph Far- ber, who have testified they disposed of two revolyers at the request of Mrs. Walbruga Oesterreich, widow of the murdered man.
