NEW BRITAIN DAILY HERALD. SATIIRDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, ITAIN HERALD News Bulletin Service The Automatic News Bulletin machine, pictured at the left, has been installed on the Y. M. C. A. building and be- gins operating Monday. Entirely new, New Britain being among the first cities to have one of these machines, it will be a great 1mprovement over other methods of displaying news bulletins. The Automatic News Bulletin Machine holds cards, size 14x22 inches, upon which will be printed the news flashes to be displaved. Flectrically operated mechanism displays two cards at a lime, the entire set of 14 heing run thmugh in approximately 2 minutes, repeating indefinitely until the machine is stopped for the purpose of changing the bulletins. The attractiveness of the machine, and the fact that it will be illuminated at night, are other features that will make this new Herald news bulletin service of special interest.
