Amsterdam, Holland, July The International Commerce resumed day with a di 12 (P Chamber of its sessions to- ion on the relativ merits of private and public owner- ship. The principal address was de- livered by Julius H. Barnes, Duluth, Minn., who emphasi private ownership as superior. Urge Private Enterprise The conference adopted a resolu- tion holding that private initiative and private operation of enterprises constituted the most effective instru- ment to insure the progress of indus- try and to increase general prosperi- ty.
