Wallingford Man Held On Charge of Arson Wallingford, Nov. 16 (#—Mario Cosfs, 51, owner of a two story dwelling on East Center street herc, is being held in a bond of $3,000 following his arrest on an arson charge today. The fire department was called out early this morning to extinguish a fire at the Costa home. Examination disclosed that the beds, carpets, rugs and floors had heen covered with shoe polish of an inflammable nature, according to the fire chief.
