Judge Reserves Decision In' Promissory Note Suit A reserved decision was the result of the hearing of the $1,500 suit brought by Santo Triglio against James Perretta, which was tried in city court today by Judge Henry P. Roche. The action is eover a promissory note, which the plaintiff produced as evidence, in which the defendant promised to pay the sum of-$1,100 six months after date, the date of issuance being . January 9, and which the said defendant failed to do. The defendant's answer was that the plaiatiff loaned him §900, for which the plaintiff was given a note in the amount of $1,100, charging him $200 interest apart from the regular interest. Joseph G.
