Held in Jail The “Baron,” whose real name is George Gabor, is 23 years old and & native of Hungary. He was ar- rested at the Harvard club by an agent of the department of justice ang held in jail in default of §2,- 500 bail. Gabor entered the United States last September on a passport bear- ing the name of Herman Schwartz- | enbach. Government officials said Gabor formed the acquaintance of Schwartzenbach in Rotterdam while still posing as a member of the Krupp family. They said he stole Schwartzenbach's, passport birth certificate and on the strength of the latter obtained a duplicate passport from the American consul | in Berlin.
