Greenstein, have brought svit for §10,000 damages against Antonio and Elvira Mirante of Britain and Domenick and Attilia Carani of Hartford. Deputy Sheriff | Martin H. Horwitz pers The plaintiffs claim that on Aug- the defendants, An- tonio, Domenick and Attilia, exe- cuted their bond in favor of the plaintiffs, but that Antonio failed to perform the terms of a lease which the bonds secured and he was ad- judicated a bankrupt in 27, making the plaintiffs | un- der the bond. Nothing had been paid on ft. It is claimed that on July § 1927, Antonio owned valuable land and buildings in Plainville ana that on November 10, 1527, he con- veyed them to Elvira, in order to evade responsibility on the bond.
