Belden. He alleged that he was forced to marry the girl on January 28 1927, on their rep- resentation that the girl was in 1l heaith. Milewski also testified that be and his mother opposed the mar- riage and when advised that the girl was of good character, he finally coneented to have the knot tied. According to Milewskl, his tron- bles began the next day when his wife was arrested while with him in » New Haven hotel and returned to Long Lane Farm, Middletown, he was wanted for parolr institution in 1922 and paroled in 1425, this information being furnish- cd the court by Miriam Taylor, parole officer of Long Lane Farm.
