WOMAN IN COURT FOR EVADING TAX Admits Policeman Told Her Payment Was Due Frances Stankewicz, d 25, a divorcee, of Fark Drive, wept in po- lice court this morning when ar- raigned on the charge of failure to pay her personal tax.
