Building Why Electric Light And Power Securities Are Good Investments According m the National Electric Light Assoctation, a careful analysis of the dividend records of practically all electric power and light companies with gross earnings of $2,000,000 per year and up\nnl the combined cwmmhanon of which represented approximately 90 per cent. of the industry, showed recently that Current cash dividends were being paid on all of the first preferred stocks. In no case were there accumulated cash dividends unpaid. In fifteen cases dividends had been deferred but had been subsequently paid off in stock or cash.
