Disbrow of 77 Adams street was the guest of honor this afternoon at a meeting of the Wo- man’s gulld of St. Mark's Eplscopal church, the affair having been planned in observance of the b60th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Disbrow, which occurred on Mon- day last. Mrs. Disbrow was pre- sented with a hundsome bar pin by the members of the organization. Mr. and Mrs. Disbrow were mar- tled on Oct. 26, 1875, at Cohoes, N. Y., and after residing there for sev- eral years they moved to Plainville. Another change of residence took them to Philadelphia and about 20 years ago they came to New Britain. At present they are making their home with Mrs. Alphonse B. Porter, thelr daughter. Mrs. Porter is thelr only child, although they have three grand- children, Gordon, Daniel and Rich- ard Porter, all of this city. Mr. Dis- brow is employed at the Corbin Screw corporation and is well known. Mra.
