BURGLAR 1S SHOT Seymour Constable Sends Bullet Tnto Head of Alleged Robber, Who Is Expected to Die, Seymour, Sept. 16 (A—While at- tempting to remove several rolls of cloth from a storehouse of the Kee- rite Insulated Wire and Cable com- pany in this town at an early hour this morning, Sam Fargen aged 89, was shot through the head by one of Seymour's constables and is not expected to recover, "The man was taken later to the Griffin hos- pital where his skull will he tre phined this afternoon in an effort tn remove the bullet which has lodged near the brain, Fargenski in company with two or three other men, one of whom remained in a truck, to which the goods were being taken, atte to get away when they were faken by surprise by Officers Schuster ana Grele, and Superintendent Hummel of the Keerle company.
