Buechner, clerk of the police department. Of this num- ber 93 were for drunkenness, 19 for drunkenness and breach of the peace 88 for violation of the liquor law, 129 for violation of the city ordin- ances, 52 for violation of the motor vehicle law, 75 for theft, 42 for Breach of the peace and 39 for breach of the peace and assault. The report shows that 230 pald fines, 26 went to jall, 130 had judgment sus- pended and 96 were placed on pro- bation.
