MISSING MAN MAY BE IN THIS CITY Wichita, Kansas, Father Seeks Son Who Lelt 20 Years Ago ‘The post office officials, the polic department, the Western Union Telegraph company, the Herald and other agencies have been requ \ to ald the Chamber of Commerce in locating Maynard Brown Lynch, who is thought to have come to New Britain about 20 years ago and whose parents have not heard from him since. The letter to the Chamber of Commerce. which comes from the Chamber of Commerce at Wichita Kansas, is sel(-explanatory. It reads as follows: “I wish you would have the kind ness to look through your city direc toy for the name of Maynard Brown Lynch, who is supposed to be in New Britain and who not communi- cated with his father in this city for about 20 years. about 38 years of age, and while he learned railroad telegraphy when a.young man, his father hasno idea of what he might be doing at this time; in fact, he does not know whether the son is alive, but would give anything within reason to lo- cate him. +“We do not know the clrcum- stances under which the young man laft home but assume that it was a result of some foolish quarrel which should have been forgotten years ago. “I¢ it should happen that you can locate this man, we would be pleas- ed to be advised, and 1 feel that you could not do a kinder or more Eracious act than to have him get in touch with his father at once, 1 "Sincerely vours, “W.
