Paonessa’s Annual Message Is Replete With New Park, War Memorial, Fire Station, Waiting Station and Numerous Other Improvements Are Suggested. During the current year it will be my aim to bring as many of these highways into the Jist of accepted streets as possible. A highly beneficial piece of legis tion adopted by the general as- sembly this year will permit of bor- rowing amounts up 1o $100,000 for public works and exstending pay- ments over a period of five years. “I would suggest that no_time be Net lest in avaliing ourselves of this op-,| portunity to work street, grade and building lines and attend te the con- ditlon of the roadways on thase un- accepted streets.
