In the intermediate class, first prize was awarded to Miss Margaret Cunning- ham and second to Miss Sophia Koe- lach, In the junior class, Miss Dor othy Plumb was awarded first prize and Miss Ethel Post second prize, Miss Plumb was also awarded high- est honors in the school, her average being 96 per cent. First prize in all classes ix $50 in gold, and second prize is $25 in gold. Honorable mention was given Miss Violet McDowell of the gradnating ' class; Miss Frances Jones of the in- termediate class, and Miss Freda Hickey of the junior class. After the award of prizes, Rev, H. W, Maier of- fered benediction, Miss Traver's Report The report of Miss Traver is as fol- lows: “Sinee the last graduation, just one year ago, 74 applicants for ad- mission to the school have been re- ceived, Of this number 31 were accepted. Ten have left the school, one on account of iliness, three have resigned, two have graduated and four have been dismissed leaving a total of 43 pupils in the school, “During the year there were about 56 days lost on account of iliness among the students and the majority | of thess 55 days were consumed by two puplls who underwent ogera- tion ““The pupils of the school spent 442 | hours in class work on twenty-six subjects, In addition to eight mem- hers of the regular teaching stalf of the school, nine physicians have given a course of instruction on vari- ous subjects. The dietetic and chem- istry class rooms are now in full use, ‘The theoretical teaching is greatly augmented by a first class motion pieture machine, which was presented 1o the school last Christmas.
