YALE SGHOOL OF NURSING DEAN HERE JANUARY 16 to Address Visiting Nurse Asso- clation and Friends. At the regular meeting of the directors of The Visiting Nurse asso- clation yesterday at the home of Mrs. Harry M. Bates, plans were discussed for the annual meeting Wednesday afternoon January 16, at the First Congregational church chapel. + The association has been able to secure for speaker, Miss Annie War-. burton Gaodrich, who recently has been called to Yale university where she is now establiching, as dean, the university school of nursing, the first independent university school of its kind. Leading up to thie position, is a record of enviable achievement. Graduated from the New York hos- pital in 1893, her 30 years in the fleld have been phenomenal in variety of experience and for the record of her extraordinary accomplishments. Add- ed to her natural ability to make a snccess of whatever she has under- taken, is the dominant persanality which has served as an Inspiration to countless numbers of her colleagues| in the nursing world.
