Emith of Bridgeport 1o rescind their action of December 10 in revoking the license of Dr. Louis Blumer of Hartford, or appear in court on the first Tuesday in January to show cause to the con- trary. It is expected copies of the writ will be served on the board members on Monday. The writ declares the revocation of the license of Dr. Blumer was uncon- stitutional, unfair, arbitrary, illegal and in excess and abuse of such pow- ers as the board might have, and un- warranted by the facts. Tt declares Blumer was not permitted to secure counsel or prepare a defense, and no evidence was offered in support of such charges. Dr. Blumer is head of the Blumer {eollege of natureopathy which was recognized by the last general m- bly. The place was twice raided by order of the grand jury and books and records seized.
