The physician was in- dicted yesterday by the Middlesex| Couynty Grand Jury in eonnection with | the death of Mre. Alles M, Wolschen- dort of HWast Bridgewater, parts of whose body were found ‘in the Mer- rimack river at Tyngshorg Sept. 1 and 2 contained in two suitcases Another physielan, Dalva A Swope of Rrackton, was also indieted in connection with the same case, He was charged in two counts with being an accessory bafore and after the fact, DR. W. M. ROBB State police officers who went to Brockton to arrest Dr. Swope yester. day returned reporting that they could not find him. Later the phvsician's at- torney telephoned ‘Dist. Atty. Arthur| i K. Reading of Middlesex county that his client would surrender tomorrow morning. Both men were arrested last Friday, Dr. Robb on the charge of il- legal surgery and Dr. Swaope as an ac- cessory before the fact. Both entered pleas of not gullty when arraigned in Lowell S8aturday and were admitted to bail. Then came the grand jury spe- clal sassion and today’s indictments.
