BILL COLLECTORS HELD IN $800 BONDS Perry and Scappolotti Are Bound Over to Superior Gourt Franels H. The furniture dealer stated that re- turns were made the first of March and although the money was collected from Sebastian Russo in Februa of this year he has not received a cent from the collectors.
