Not only will every Episcopal par-| {sh in the United States be present-| ed by men and boys, but almost every parish of this denomination in Eng- land, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, | Canada, New Zealand and the West, Indies also will send delegates and| members. The gathering is known | as the International Convention of the Brotherhood of St. Andrew. | The organization of the Brother- hood of St. Andrew was inspired by the late James I.. Houghteling of this city in 1888 and from a very meagre | beginning it has spread to be one of the largest organizations for men and boys in religious work in the world. “Since its birth it has been and| always will be the heart of a move- ment to spiritually vitalize the man| and boy power of the church,” ‘said | Qourtenay Barber, of this city, chair- man of the convention committee.
