Young Green is not going to accept his banishment from school dances and such without a struggle. His father, Bertrand 8. Green, has en gaged Patrick Henry Maley, a Hack- ensack lawyer, to fight for his boy's liberties. When the school board meets tonight Maley will offer a double plea for the boy. First, he will deny that Green Is a flask “toter.”” Second, he will urge that when the school board act- led on May 21 it gave no opportunity to Green or to his father to offer a defense or a denial, or to make statement of any sort. Maley charac- terizes the action of the board as highly improper, and he will that such a stigma should uot placed upon a youth unless there incontrovertible proof of his guilt Both Green and his father deny that the boy took liquor to the dance. The school board’s action was prompted by a report of a special committee which investigated the complaint. Those on the committee were C. C. Cornell, chairman; R.
