V._ If lishing thia order in some newspaper having | m & L FRENCH TROOPS ARE 0UT OF DORTMUND Soldiers WI{hdm Alter Search- Ing for Arms I_ Essen, March 9, — (By Associated Press) — The French troops have again been withdrawn from Dort- mund which was occupied yesterday for the purpose of rounding up all the members of the disbanded se- curity police still at large. The city was searched by the French soldiers and 270 of the secu- rity force members were arrested and cxpelled from the district, with a warning not to return, This move was part of the Franco- Belgian program to rid the Ruhr of some ten thousand security police who have been a constant source of annoyance to the occupying forces, doing esplonage work, spreading pro- paganda and otherwise hindering the I'rench and Belglan military. At Recklinghausei, Dr. Eisenreith has been arrested by the French. He is president of the municipal police and he had acted as such in the day- time, but by night he had assumed various other roles, the French as- sert, to facilitate his work as an agi- tator among the labor element. When arrested he had three identification cards in his possession, it is stated, and the French intelligence service reported he had three houses in var- fous districts. In his pocket was dis- covered a set of false whiskers. Fourteen persons accused of var- ious offenses against the occupying ferees at Crefeld, have been sentenced hy a Belgian court martial to jail terms of from three to six months each. Six of the prisoners were news- naver editors accused of spreading agitation. th, Schweiheil, a member of the international Sarre boundary commis- sion, residing in the district of Meis- enheim, has been court martialed by the French and sentenced to five years imprisonment and a fine of 15,000,000 marks. He will probably be sent to Metz or some other point outside the accupied area to serve his term and his family will be expelled from the territory. Sabotage along the railroads and the telegraph and telephone lines is continuing. A German semi-official agencv de- spatch from Mayence says the wife of Dr. Schweibeil, who was administra- tor of the rural district of Meisen- hein was deported from the Ruhr without the privilege of saving fare- well to her husband or her three chil- dren, aged four and six respectively. The deportation followed Schweibeil's condemnation to_five years imprison- ment, and a heavy fine for failure to obey orders of the Rhineland commis- sion and participation in the procla- mation of protest. —————— LEGAL NOTICE.
