An Investment In New Britain’s Future SIX PER CENT PREFERRED STOCK Preferred as to assets to extent of $100 per share and also as to dividends. PROVISIONS OF PREFERRED STOCK—The Charter of the Company will contain unusually strong provisions for the safeguarding of the preferred stock.
