SUES FOR MONEY DUE Men Springficld Claim New Britain Dry Goods Company Owes Sum on Endorsed Notes. The New Britain Dry Goods and Clothing company has been sued by Isa Joseph, Michael Joseph and Al- bert Joseph, all of Springfieid, Ma: to recover money on two alleged notes. IFrank E. Klosoaski, John Zamojski and leo Bojnowski, en- dorsees of the note, have also been named defendants. The plaintiffs set forth that on November 23, 1921, a 90 day note, issued by the Clothing company, and indorsed by the de- fendants named. for $945.61, had not been paid. A similiar amount, is also alleged to have been endorsed on that same day payable in 60 days.
