Of the fifty boys at the first meeting, twenty-one were at the Iresh Air Camp during the summer, and it was a pleasure to see them again and review our delightful experiences there together. The other boys were mostly brothers of the sewing school girls and members of the Italian Sunday school. One solitary little girl appeared but was so evidently out of her element that she did not venture again. The second meeting, held the Tuesday before Thanksgiv- ing, was devoted to games and a Thanksgiving story, with the ad- ditional attraction of two fine red apples each, as they went home—a gift from the volunteer helpers which was greatly appreciated. Last week, the day was changed to Wednesday, which will be the regular meeting time hereafter, and the older boys were formed into a Junior Achieve- ment club, under the leadership of | Mrs. J. H. Kirkham. Those under nine years of age began working on scrap-books for Christmas pre with Miss Irene Swift and Mis: nor Lewls to ditect them.
