Turn into a buttered mold, covér tightly with a buttered and floured cloth. Put in a pan of boNing water and boil for 2 hours. Turn out of mold onto a hot dish to scrve. Molded Asparagus 24 stalks asparagus 1 slice onion 1 clove 2 slices carrots salt and papri 2 1-2 cups water 1 tablespoon gelatin 1 teaspoon lemon juice salt and parika 3-4 cups whipping cream Cut asparagus in inch pieces and cook with onion, «clovi parsey and carrot until tender. Remove onion and parsley and press asparagus through a sieve. Saften gelatin in 1-4 cup cold water. Return the asparagus—there should be about 2 cups—to the fire. When boiling stir in gelatin.
