The Taxpayers’ Protective Association will submit a budget calling for a 14.5 mill tax in addition to the 3.5 mills already appropriated. At the Armory you will find a place in the Taxpayers’ Section, which you will recognize by means of the 14.5 mills sign. If you are a voter or if not a voter, but if on the last grand list your assessment calls for real estate, to the value of Three Hundred Dollars, or personal property to the value of One Hundred and Fifty Dellars, you are entitled to vote at the City Meeting. We should like to know what the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars was expended for by the Board of Public Works last year? What has the Board of Public Works to show for the Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars of the Taxpayers’ money?
