Non-support charges were brought 'in police court today against Joseph Hall upon complaint of his wife, Mrs. Freda Hall who claims that he has not contributed toward her support since November 11. Mrs. Hall is at present earning her own support and that of two children, one by a pre- vious marriage of her husband. Hall has been living with his parents in Saybrook. Judge George W. Klett ordered the accused to pay $5 a week for a period of six months or in lieu thereof to serve 30 days in jail. A bond of $300 was required to guar- antee execution of the judgment. The | accused pleaded that he has been unable to secure steady employment and has run in arrears on hig board. It was his second appearance in court on a non-support charge. Ljquor Prosccutor M. A. Sexton | brought condemnation proceedings in the cases of C. J. Curry and An- thony Miklauskas, both of whom were fined a few days ago for illegal sales.
