SHRIMP WIGGLE. 2 eups shrimps. 1 1.2 cups peas. 2 tablespoons butter. 4 1 tablespoon flour, 1-2 cup strained tomato julce, | speck of soda. 1 3.4 cups milk 1 teaspoon salt. 1-4 teaspoon paprika. 1 egx yolk. Clean shrimps. Melt butter. Stir Sin fleur. Dissolve wsoda in tomato Juice, If the tomatoes are not very Acld the soda may be omitted. Ada milk to butter and flour. Add tomato fulce. . Stir until thick and add yolk of ogg slightly beaten. Add salt and paprika, shrimps and peas and tet #et very hot. Serve on toasted crack- ©rs or squares of toast.
