The “Ladies’ Night” at New Britain lodge of Elks tomorrow promises to qurpass any similar event of its kind held at the clubhouse on Washington street. A building permit was taken out this afternoon for alterations to the amount of $10,000 in the stores to be occupied by the Globe Clothing company, formerly used by Connors- Halloran, Rapelye's and Crowell's Drug store.
