W. Alling In lce court this morning. Suluk was arrested November 9 upon complaint of his son-in-law, who it developed had been equally guilty for the trouble occurring at the Suluk house. Lawyer P. F. McDonough represented the accused. The cantinuance was ordered so that an effort could be made to bring the Suluk family together. Efforts to that end have been without avall however, Probation Officer E. C. Con- nelly reported to the court this morn- ing. Mra. Suluk complained that since the court action her husband has been coming home in an Intoxicated condi- tion. He claims, however, that what- pver trouble has arisen atthe home within the past waek has been the re- sult of members of the family picking his packets. Mr. and Mrs Suluk have ngreed to keep separato quarters at the home. Persanal tax delinquents were haled before the court by Personal Tax Collector J.
