Add flour and well beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly. Drop from spoon inte deep hot fat. Serve at once. Coffee Jelly. tablespoons granulated gelatin. cups strong coffee. cup boiling water- 2-3 cup sugar. Soak gelatin in sup of coffeq for haif an hour. ‘Add boiling water, stirring until the gelatine i1s dissolved. :Add sugar and remaining coffee.
