Hartford Man Is Struck by Trolley on Deach Owamp Road and Badly Injured, Carl A. Larson, aged 25 years, & resident of Hartford, met with a se- rious injury early last evening, when he was struck by a Berlin trolley car & short distance south of the Towers corner As a result of the accident Larson will probably lose his left leg, and while his right leg was badly in- Jured, the doctors at the hospital are hopeful of saving it. Larson, together with John Ander- mon of Hartford, were driving In an automoblle toward Meriden. The au- tomobile and & wagon driven by John Bednarz of Kensington collided, throwing Bednarz out Larson stopped his machine and went back to pick Badnarz up. While attending him, Larson was struck by the trol- ley, which was In charge of Motor- man Bollman and Conductor Heller. It required about 46 minutes to ex- , tricate Larson from underncath the trolley car.
