MILLER DIES | SUDDENLY : Heart Trouble anE | Alcobolism Claims Brickyard Worker | Medical Examiner Waterman Liyon today gave his finding in the case of Edward Miller, aged 37 years, who was found dead last night at the Roberts street dump, that the death was due to heart trouble and acute alcoholism Miller, who was em- ploved at Towers' brickyard, was dis- covered shortly after 8§ o'clock last night by Edwin Hulteen of 15 Roberts street and Charles Oquist of 1% Roberts street The men had, been watehing the actions of the deceasea tor a few minutes before he sat down at the dump, and when the body fell forward a few moments later they went to investigate ldfe was found to be extinet, and the police were notified Station Officer Herbert . A short time before 6 o’'clock, Miller, who appeared to be under the in- fluence of liquor entered the store conducted by Mrs. C. F. Schaefer at 314 South Main street. He was rather unsteady on his feet, and it was with apparent difficulty that he seemed to know just what he desired to pur- chase.
