Eddie Anderson of this city and Fred Teller of Naugatuck, both of whom are tied for first honors in the Connecticut Duckpin league, will bowl this evening on the White Bear alleys in Naugatuck. Upon the outcome of tonight’'s games depends the results of the contest. Anderson and Teller, the leading contestants, hgve each won 106 and lost $1, maintaininzg a percentage of .567. Andy McCarthy of Hartford has won 112 and lost 86, holding a per- centage of 555 A 6 to 5 break for either of the leading contestants this eveninz will slide McCarthy into a tie for first place while a win of seven games by either contestant will put the clamps on the tournament. Because of the fact that bowling fans in three cities are vitally inter- ested in the outcome of the tourna- ment, the results of tonight's games will be closely watched.
