Reliable Information All American women know of the great success of Lydia E. Pinkham’s Vegetable Compound in restor- ing to health women who suffered from ailments pe- culiarto their sex, yet thereare some who are skeptical and do not realize that all that is claimed for it is absolutely true—if they did, our laboratory would not be half large enough to supply the demand, though today it is the largest in the country used for t% e manufacture of one particular medicine. These visitors, with ths three bands, and the large turnout of Aziz Grottoites with a band of thair own, each wearing the distinctive black fez with the gold lettering and red tassel, made a pleasing spectacle as they paraded through the city. The parade route wase down West Main street to Franklin Square. thence back up Main to West Main street to the Soldiers’” Memocrial Arch and back to the theater. There were ahout 1,500 in the parade, not forgetting the 200 candidates. 10! The Candidates, And the candidates should not pass unnoticed—and their keepers saw to it that they did not pass unnoticed, either before or during the cere- monial. Herded together and kept in position with heavy cables, each man properly tagged with a “candidate™ marker, the candidates added to the humor of the occasion and caused much good-natured raillery along the line of march. One of the candidates was given the custody of the “goat”, but half way through the parade the goat—and it was a real one—suffered from an attack of blind staggers or ennui. At any event it declined to walk any fi her. The trusty candi- date, who was heralded as a “‘strong man”, valiantly picked up the goat and paraded for several blocks carry- ing the squirming little animal in his arms. That was too much for even the “strong man", however, and even- tually he was compelled to drop out of the line explaining that he could not see the percentage of carrying the goat and being the same thing at tha same time. In fact, he admitted that if the parade lasted another block not only the Grotto goat, but alsa his own, would be among the absent. The members of Bela Grotto fur- nished another feature for the parade with their “big man”. Thie individual, who stood fully ven feet in height, was accompanied by twc very short men as his body guard, and their antics were amusing. The spontan- eous outbursts of mirth and hilarity by Hejaz Grotto members the same attitude taken by the Syria Grotto men made the parade a suc- cess. A tasty buffet luncheon was served in Electric hall. Now having taken and CHIROPRACTOR TALK No. 2 “HEALTH and HAPPINESS” (By J. A. VOLZ, THE CHIROPRACTOR) What would you give to be well? What would robust health mean to you—the kind of health which all truly successful men and have? XNo meed to answer, for every rson says the same thing. Chiropractic Adjustments remove the principal factor in abnormal conditions of the body, regardiess of the name uf- the malady or w it is situs Nature is the great restorer, and as long ature is permitted to control the functional pro- cesses of your body, disease, pain and weak- ness are impossible. Let something get in Nature's way, however, and sickness inevi- tably follows. This fact means that when- ever sickmess in any form exists there is interference with Nature. In 25 per cent. of cases spinal subluxations are the factor in- volved. and their correction leads to heaith.
